placed on our books until BOTH of the following have occurred:
#1 A payment or deposit has been made
#2 You sign and approve your electronic cake contract
*Discussing a cake with us, sending us an email or just signing
our contract does NOT hold a cake order for you. Your deposit or
payment ensures that you wish to continue with a purchase.
Without a deposit or payment your order is not put down as
confirmed and your event time & date can be given to another
client*
Our minimum cake purchase is $50.

You do not have to use any of the cake designs on our website.
Perhaps you found a photo of a cake online that you want
duplicated. Send us the photo we'll tell you if we can recreate the
cake, the price and if you want to make any changes to the cake
just let us know. Or maybe you need some cake ideas or help
coming up with a design. Whatever the case, it is possible to
order even the most elaborate birthday or wedding cake online.
No need to run all over town with a photo just to get a quote.
Our service is ideal for the client that may live out of state and
will be holding an event in or around Birmingham Al.

Our cake quotes are valid for 7 days
Requesting information does not guarantee an order or hold a
date unless a payment/deposit along with an approved contract
has been signed and received.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the order is due at the
time of reservation to reserve an event date. Remaining
cake balance due 14 days prior to event date.
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery)
All wedding cake orders placed within 6 weeks of the event
date require full payment at the time of reservation to
secure your wedding date. We only accept 1 - 2 wedding
orders per weekend. Speciality cake orders placed within 30
days of the event date require full payment at the time of
reservation.

Custom cakes are NOT priced like your local retail frozen cakes
that are mass produced - bought in bulk and machine decorated.
Custom cakes are made fresh to order, hand crafted to your
specifications.
We even offer optional DELIVERY up to 2 hours away from
Birmingham Al.
